  • You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering an account.

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate our Terms or policies.

  • Dream Storey provides an AI-driven real estate marketplace for property discovery and connections.

  • Users may list properties, communicate with potential buyers/renters, and engage with agents, owners, or builders.

  • Phone numbers are not shared on the platform; communication occurs through our secure messaging system.

  • False listings, spam, or misleading content will result in account suspension or permanent removal.

  • We are not responsible for the accuracy of property details posted by users.

4. Subscription & Payment

  • Dream Storey offers a subscription-based model for agents and builders based on the number of listings per month.

  • Payments are non-refundable once processed unless explicitly stated otherwise.

  • We reserve the right to modify pricing or subscription plans with prior notice.

5. User Conduct

  • You agree not to:

    • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings.

    • Harass, threaten, or misuse the platform for unlawful purposes.

    • Share or distribute user data without consent.

    • Attempt to bypass our security or AI monitoring systems.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

  • Users retain ownership of the content they post but grant Dream Storey a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, modify, and use content for platform operations.

  • Dream Storey holds intellectual property rights over its branding, AI models, and platform features.

7. Privacy & Data Security

  • We prioritize user privacy and do not share personal details without consent.

  • Conversations on the platform may be monitored by AI for fraud prevention.

  • Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect user data.

8. Third-Party Listings & Liability

  • Dream Storey aggregates listings from multiple sources within its network.

  • We do not verify each listing and are not responsible for third-party content.

  • Users are advised to conduct due diligence before making any real estate transactions.

9. Termination & Suspension

  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms.

  • Users may request account deletion by contacting our support team.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

  • Dream Storey provides the platform "as is" and does not guarantee uninterrupted service.

  • We are not liable for direct, indirect, or incidental damages resulting from platform use.
